For your viewing pleasure

I've rediscovered Sundance Channel. I watched Ha Buah or The Bubble. It was wonderful. The perfect kind of movie to compliment time home alone.
Its about a couple of gay roommates, their lovers and friends, and it all takes place in Tel Aviv. What immediately endeared the movie to me was the music and fashion.... and the surprising amount of sex.
There's lots of Bebel Gilberto in the movie, and one of the characters, Noam, sings a Tim Buckley song to his lover - which was beautiful. And, the Ivri Lider songs are haunting. Its one of those movies that I felt - these people could be my friends, I know someone just like that. Its terribly sad and explores the politics of the region while also being a beautiful love story. Watch it, if only for the gorgeous naked gay boys.
